Simple 20-Minute Installation

Fuel-e-Saver installs quickly on any diesel engine without modifying electronics, sensors, or the ECU. It connects directly into the fuel line, between the diesel filter and the high-pressure pump.

1. Locate the fuel line after the diesel filter
Choose the section between the diesel filter outlet and the high-pressure pump inlet.
2. Cut the line and insert Fuel-e-Saver in series
Attach the IN and OUT sides using standard diesel-rated fittings.
3. Connect the 12V or 24V power cable
Powered from ignition ON or directly from the battery with a fuse.
4. Mount the unit securely
Use the included brackets or tie straps on the chassis/frame.
5. Start engine and check for leaks
Fuel-e-Saver begins working immediately — no setup or calibration required.
